Learn to Reconnect to Yourself with Practical Methods

There is an unending circle of communication within you at all times. The problem that most of us face is that we don't understand the language of our own physiology.

If you don't understand the language, you are likely sending mixed messages to your physiology leading to:

  • Low Self-Esteem
  • Lack of Confidence
  • Anxiety
  • Indigestion
  • Sleepless Nights
  • Low Energy
  • Foggy Focus
  • Low Libido

What's even worse? Your physiology is trying to speak to you, but you don't know how to decipher what it is saying!

For most of us, this misunderstanding of the internal language within ourselves is the root cause of so many of our problems.

What is Your Physiology Saying to You? What are You Saying to Your Physiology?

Your physiology is always speaking to you. But what is it trying to tell you? In this course you will learn to understand the subtle language of your physiology so that you can form a team with your physiology! The strongest version of yourself is one that works with your physiology, and that means learning to listen to what it is saying.

Every breath you take sends a message that you physiology responds to. What is your breathing saying?

  • When you are asleep?
  • When your are trying to digest meals?
  • When you are at the gym?

Are you working WITH your physiology or AGAINST it? Most of us are so disconnected, we don't even know! We don't understand that the source of our anxiety and poor health originates from a disconnection within ourselves. In this course, we learn to reconnect to form the strongest you that can be!

Re-Thinking the Mind/Body Paradigm

For thousands of years, we have thought of our body as something seperate from our mind, and this is not exactly true.

For example...

Can you point to a place where you do not have a nervous system? Is your brain not as much a part of your body as any other organ?

The reality is...

The reality is that you are one single organism that functions both conciously and unconciously. In The Language of Breath System, we learn how to speak to our unconcious selves to become reconnected and healthier than ever before, both emotionally and physically.

This Course Is NOT About Control...

If your goal is to always be in control, then you'll never get to rest!! This course teaches you how to form a relationship with your unconcious self so that you can have a trusting relationship within yourself. You can choose to relax or you can choose to take charge! In both cases, you'll be working WITH your physiology rather than trying to constantly control it.

Meet the Teacher

Jesse Coomer is one of the foremost voices in the world of breathwork today. But for most of his life he was a mess of anxiety and stress. He suffered from what he has dubbed “The Modern Human Condition,” a condition that he suspects that you are trying to deal with too. In 2009, he began a life transformation mission that led him to discover how our physiology and psychology often conflict with the modern world and each other.

In 2014, he became passionate about breath training as a method to combat his anxiety. He began training under masters and researching the science behind how breathwork works. In 2020, after studying with neuroscientists and breathworkers from various traditions, he released his first book on breathwork, A Practical Guide to Breathwork which offered the world a clear and concise understanding of how human physiology and breathing are interconnected. His book has sold thousands of copies all around the world and is one of the most recommended books on the topic of breathwork.

Today, Jesse Coomer is a Human Performance Specialist, Breathworker, and renowned speaker in the field of Breathwork. He trains athletes, CEOs, first responders, military, and everyday people who seek to optimize their performance, reduce their anxiety levels, and live a healthier life.

What is in the course?

Week 1. Rethinking the "Mind and Body" paradigm.

In this course, I challenge you to look at yourself through a different paradigm than the traditional "mind and body." Instead we focus on how we are all one single organism and we experience ourselves in two ways- consciously and unconsciously. The first week is focused on learning how to become aware of this new way of self-experience. We do this by learning the 5 Tenets of The Language of Breath and The Awareness Exercise. There are guided tracks to help you have a feeling awareness of your unconscious self so you aren't just guessing. I take you step by step.

Week 2. Learning how to use inflection and tone when speaking to your unconscious self.

This section takes a look at how breathing is full of complexity. There are lots of variables in every breath, and HOW we take each breath is comparable to HOW we speak words - there is a difference between saying "I love you," with one tone and inflection versus screaming it! The meaning changes based on the tone and inflection,  and in week 2 we focus on HOW your breathing does this and how to use the tone and inflection you truly wish to use so that your unconscious self will get the right message. There are guided sessions and techniques

Week 3. The Rosetta Stone of your conscious and unconscious selves.

In this week, we learn about the Autonomic Nervous System and how we can use what we know about the ANS as a cipher to translate the messages from our unconscious self and to encode our own messages using breathing. Lots of techniques this week! And by this point, you're becoming pretty fluent in the basics of The Language of Breath.

Week 4. The role of CO2 tolerance in building a positive relationship between your conscious and unconscious selves.

In this section, you learn all about the biological role of CO2 in respiration and how your physiological response to CO2 can be adapted. We do lots of techniques and guided sessions in this week to ensure you are fully equipped to have a healthy relationship with CO2, Strengthening your relationship with your unconscious self.

Week 5. The role of Superventilation, hypoxia, and hypocapnia in developing a stronger relationship between the conscious and unconscious selves.

In this section, we cover circular breathing, what is happening biologically,  and how the use of these kinds of techniques can be used in conjunction with CO2 tolerance techniques for maximizing the effects of the two styles. Again this section is complete with guided sessions and technical guidance.

Week 6. The Listening Exercise.

In this week, I teach you perhaps my crowning achievement, The Listening Exercise. This is a technique that directly connects your conscious self and your unconscious self to create the strongest connection. In this section I teach you about the evolutionary function of emotions and how they manifest themselves physically. Using The Listening Exercise, you are able to safely and effectively connect with what your unconscious self is trying to tell you about whatever you choose to ask it about. This is a powerful way to deal with emotional blocks and traumas. In this section, I teach you the technique and there is a long guided session for you to use through the week.

Week 7 and beyond...

The course ends with guidance on how to use breathwork throughout your changing life, with a full understanding that life is not a static thing. It will constantly change, and it does we have to be willing to change too. Developing a positive relationship with our unconscious self is a life long journey,  but it is worth it!! The healthiest self us a team, and building that team is the goal of the course.

How is this Course Different?

The Language of Breath is designed to lead you from disconnection with yourself to complete connection, which means:

  • Improved Self-Confidence
  • Increased Emotional Awareness
  • More energy
  • Better sleep
  • Better focus
  • Less Anxiety
  • Much more!

Most courses focuse on a technique or on a few techniques.

Yes, you will learn many techniques in this course, but you will also learn that...

There is an unconcious part of you that wants to have a relationship with you.

If all you do is learn techniques, you are only having a one-sided relationship! You are barking orders rather than learning to listen, live in harmony, work as a team.

This is what makes this course different. We will unlock your ability to listen and speak to your physiology through the science of breathwork.

Yes, you'll learn lots of valuable techniques, but you'll know how they work and what your physiology is saying in reply.

It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or if you have practiced breathwork for years; this course offers a unified philosophy of breathwork that ties all of breathwork together while breaking new ground.

This course covers all aspects of breathwork while offering a new perspective that will unlock your full potential.
